Rehabilitation Analgesic Therapy and Physiotherapy
ELECTROTHERAPY * (diadynamic/interferential currents) (28 min.) The local implementation of specific electrical impulses is a highly effective therapy: Depending on the type of electricity used it produces a different therapeutic effect. The currents allow to vehicular certain drugs directly into the areas to be treated (Iontophoresis). The variable current can have instead an excitomotor effect (Compex), analgesic (Tens, diadynamic). These therapies are proposed by the physician during the processing of the personal treatment protocol. Price: 18 euro
ELECTROTHERAPY TENS* (Compex) They are particular currents with a highly analgesic efficacy that are supplied through electrodes and act on the activation of the nervous system of peripheral inhibition in the treated area. Particularly used, alone or combined, in treatment of acute and chronic osteoarticular pain and radiculoneuritis. Price: 18 euro
MAGNETIC THERAPY* It is a therapy that uses equipment capable of generating magnetic fields of low intensity and variable frequency in certain areas of our body. Thus are improved the metabolic functions, with increase of microcirculation and the mechanisms of cell regeneration. These effects are used for various therapeutic purposes, particularly in bone and joint injuries, treatment of bone fractures, in the treatment of osteoporosis. Price: 18 euro
IONTOPHORESIS* The iontophoresis enable to convey within the skin a medicinal substance (indicated by the physician) using a particular direct current which is given on the place to be treated with special electrodes of different polarity. It thus avoids the systemic side effects of many anti-inflammatory drugs, while ensuring in the same time a targeted and effective therapeutic action. Price: 19 euro
ULTRASOUND THERAPY* Ultrasounds are sonorous vibrations frequency so high not to be audible to human ears and spread in the form of trains of waves that have numerous therapeutic effects in biological tissues: mechanical, thermal, biochemical. The ultrasound therapy can be performed in two main ways: direct contact (most used) or dipping. It is used in all pathologies of the musculoskeletal system when you want an analgesic effect or as completion of a physiotherapy session. Price: 18 euro
IMMERSION ULTRASOUND THERAPY* Price: 18 euro
CONTACT ULTRASOUND THERAPY Price: 25 euro
KINETEC* Price: 25 euro
*Supplement for the staff assistance during each antalgic therapy Price: 25 euro
SUPER-PULSED LASERTHERAPY Unlike other methods, laser therapy does not base its therapeutic effect on the development of heat but on the action of photochemical and photobiological stimulation induced in tissues by the luminous impulse. Damaged cells by inflammatory causes, traumatic or degenerative, when stimulated by the laser tend to recharge its energy and resettle back to the primary physiological function. Treatment should be as early as possible and has to be personalized by the doctor, in the treatment of a wide range of diseases, in sports traumatology, in arthro-rheumatic diseases and articular motor rehabilitation. Price: 25 euro
| HYPERTHERMIA In the mud-water therapies used in treatments for osteoarticular illnesses for example, thermic energy given in cyclic phases on the whole body by mature mud compresses or by a bath in spring water, activates stimulating mechanisms on the cellular metabolism and participates, in an important way, to the therapeutic final action. In some cases though a more localized heat action is necessary, particularly when limited local areas are to be treated intensively. The administrating of heat through the innovative technique of ‘hyperthermia’ is more strict and effective; it uses two sources of heat (one to heat deep tissues, the other to cool the external skin layers), allowing a more selective and effective action, above all in post-traumatic pathologies in a subacute phase.
